Project Description:

For Eurozet, we acted as a replacement investor, carrying out a comprehensive modernization of office interiors in the Bliski Centrum building on Żurawia Street in Warsaw. Our role included contracting, selection of contractors and supervision of all trades. The modernization covered four floors, and the work was carried out in such a way as to ensure the continuity of operations of all radio stations.

Scope of work:

Office renovation, including the replacement of electrical systems and HVAC systems
Office modernization, adapting spaces to modern standards
Interior refresh, including painting, floor replacement, and installation of decorations
Supervision of contractors and coordination of work between floors
